The Hanover Wound Care center is an outpatient facility that utilizes a multi-disciplinary team approach and state-of-the-art wound healing treatments. The Hanover Wound Care Center’s multi-disciplinary team consists of:
- Physicians and Nurse Practitioners with specialized training in wound management
- Board Certified Wound Ostomy and Continence nurses (CWOCN)
- Referrals to Hanover Hospital Services: Laboratory, Radiology and Smoking Cessation Programs
- Referrals to Hanover Hospital Specialists: Physical Therapists, Dieticians, Diabetic Nurses, and Surgeons
