- Speciality Services: Lymphedema treatments by a manual Lymph Dranage Certified Occupational Therapist, Women's Health services for urinary and fecal incontinence and pelvic pain.
- Staff includes: 2 Physical Therapists, 1 Physical Assistant and 1 Occupational Therapist.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
