The Hanover Hospital Medical Fitness Center is a client-based professional service designed to promote health and fitness to individuals with medical conditions. Our primary function is to assist our members in the reduction of the occurrence and/or severity of their condition by formulating individualized, medically supervised, health-related exercise programs and providing healthy living education.
Membership:
A physician’s referral is required to start a program at the Medical Fitness Center. The membership fee is $50.00 per month and there is no limited contract time for a membership. Members have unlimited access to the facility during business hours. All new members will receive a fitness assessment prior to exercising for a fee of $40.00. Re-assessment fees are $25.00 if returning within less than 6 months and $40.00 if returning after 6 months. Accepted methods of payment for membership include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks and Cash. An automatic withdrawal from a checking or savings account is also available.
