The Education Services Department has been serving the developmental needs of Hanover HealthCare Plus and the community of Hanover for approximately twenty-five years. The department prides itself by aligning its activities to Service Excellence and the five organizational pillars: Growth, Fiscal Responsibility, Service, People, and Quality. Education Services focuses on consulting and partnering with internal clients in order to identify and assess human performance issues, planning strategies, managing and delivering training, and non-training interventions. An Education Services professional will conduct a needs analysis and determine if the partner's needs may be met through:
- An existing Education Service program
- An existing program offered elsewhere in the organization
- Developing a new education program
- Some alternative approach to organization-sponsored formal education
- Its self-development resource center
Education Services' programs cover a wide variety of topics from specific clinical skills to leadership and personnel development. Courses are offered through both live instruction and computer based teaching methodologies. Many programs are also offered for the community including Diabetes and Life Saving Skills.
Education Services' professionals pride themselves as change agents to aid Hanover HealthCare Plus in remaining a healthcare leader through using the most advanced medical techniques.
