"Healthier You Entrées" follow the new dietary guidelines recommended for Americans.

 

Dietary Guidelines

  • Keep total fat intake between 20 to 35 % of calories with most fats coming from sources of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. 
  • Less than 10% of calories from saturated fat and less than 300mg cholesterol/day
  • Consume less than 2300mg (1 teaspoon) of  salt per day

  • The recommended dietary fiber intake is 14 grams per 1,000 calories consumed.
