Hanover Hospital Wellness Connection to Present "Clues to Fight the Blues"
Hanover Hospital Wellness Connection will present “Clues to Fight the Blues,” a free educational program on identifying and treating depression. The program will be offered on the following dates:
Wednesday, November 7 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Hanover Community Health & Education Center, 400 York Street
Thursday, November 15 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Guthrie Memorial Library, Hanover’s Public Library
Tuesday, November 27 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The Brethren Home Community, New Oxford
Participants will learn how to identify symptoms of depression, and about effective treatments available for modifying problematic, automatic thoughts and behaviors that can contribute to depression, and how to take the necessary steps to get available help. Adams-Hanover Counseling Services staff will also be available to answer questions.
