Hanover Hospital Auxiliary Annual Membership Meeting is October 5th

The Hanover Hospital Auxiliary's Annual Membership Meeting & Dinner will take place Thursday, October 5th at the Altland House, in Abbottstown. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

This year's guest speaker is Janet Sanders, who will be speaking on the subject of Hypnosis. Sanders is a multi-faceted health practitioner who has been certified as a
Massage Therapist and Professional Hypnotherapist. She has over fifteen years of experience and training in the holistic health field. She began her massage training at the
Honolulu School of Massage, Hawaii in 1990 and graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Sanders has earned her certification as a Hypnotist through the national Guild of Hypnotists. She has also achieved her certification as a Smoking Cessation Specialist and a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). She is committed to guiding her clients in a discovery process of self-awareness, creating new directions through awareness, other options and new choices, leading them to positive changes in
their lives.

She is an active member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, The American Board of Hypnotherapy, International medical and Dental Association and the International Hypnosis Federation. In addition she serves as the personal massage therapist for the Sheppard Mansion.

As a special feature for the evening, participants are invited to view and purchase one-of- a-kind, handmade jewelry created by jewelry craftsperson, June Samelson, which will be
available before the dinner and program begin.

The Hanover Hospital Auxiliary is dedicated to promoting and advancing the welfare of Hanover Hospital, its patients and the community it serves.
