Diabetes Table Talk Support Group Presents "News in Nutrition"

Did you know there are healthy new food choices for individuals with diabetes?  Join us for a virtual grocery store tour and learn more about them at the next Diabetes Table Talk support group program, which will take place Monday, June 14, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Hanover Hospital Wellness & Education Center, 400 York Street, Hanover.

As part of the virtual tour, you will “travel” the store aisles as you learn how to choose foods to keep your blood sugars under control.  We’ll also discuss how to use food labels in making informed food choices.
