Dr. William Tung is Newest Vascular Surgeon in Hanover

Officials at Hanover Hospital have announced that William S. Tung, M.D., a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon, has recently joined the Hanover Hospital Medical Staff.

Dr. Tung attended Yale University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He attended medical school at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and subsequently completed his post graduate training at Washington University Medical Center, where he earned his medical degree in General Surgery with a Vascular Surgery Fellowship in 2002. Board Certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery, Dr. Tung is the author of several articles published in the Journal of Vascular Surgery.

A member of Apple Hill Vascular Associates-The York Vascular Institute, he also has Medical Staff privileges at York Hospital. Before moving here, he most recently worked in a group practice in Washington state. Dr. Tung and his family are pleased to return to this area, where he was raised.
