April 9, 2010 -
Feeling less energetic, sluggish, and unable to concentrate? Want a successful energetic way to feel great, without all of the effort? Impossible?  No, and it is easy to learn (in just 10 days) and easy to do (in just 20-30 min/day).

Come check out "The FitHeads System" of interacting key psychological, emotional and behavioral components into an exercise system that almost anyone can adopt.  "The FitHeads System" will be the feature presentation at the next "Diabetes Table Talk" support group meeting, which takes place on April 12, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., at the Hanover Hospital Wellness and Education Center, 400 York Street, Hanover. Those with diabetes and interested family and friends are welcome to attend. This program is FREE.

The guest speaker will be Mark Potts, co-founder of "FitHeads," who will discuss ways to succeed at getting more active by overcoming obstacles, and how to enjoy getting more active.  He will also touch on the importance of developing motivational support systems.  “Diabetes Table Talk” is presented by the Diabetes Education staff of Hanover Hospital as part of their comprehensive diabetes management services.
