Strength Training Workout by Hanover Wellness Connection
Hanover Wellness Connection is proud to offer another series of “Strength Training Made Easy” classes, which will begin April 7th, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Hanover Community Health & Education Center, 400 York Street, Hanover.
The two-week Strength Training routine is designed for individuals who are trying to learn techniques to improve muscular strength, flexibility, endurance and who want to be motivated to become more physically active. The program is open to the community regardless of the participant’s current physical activity levels. The program teaches an easy workout using resistance bands that can be done at home a few minutes each week.
Resistance bands are $5.00, payable at the first class. There is no fee for classes.
The two-session classes will be offered:
Monday, April 7 & 14
Wednesday, May 7 & 14
Monday, June 9 &16
