Hospitality Shop Open House Features Asher's Chocolate Eggs

The Hanover Hospital Auxiliary Hospitality Shop will hold a weeklong (April 5th - 9th) open house to celebrate the shop's 50th Anniversary.
Daily door prizes will be awarded and refreshments will be served. New spring merchandise has been arriving daily.
A special new item will be featured: Asher's Chocolate Eggs, which were originally available at the former J. P. Jewelers. The eggs will be available in an assortment of flavors, such as apricot, vanilla butter crème, coconut crème, peanut butter and toffee crunch.
Since opening its doors in 1954, the Hanover Hospital Auxiliary Hospitality Shop has been offering patients, staff and visitors a variety of gifts, seasonal decorations, flowers and unique gift items. The shop is open for extended hours with the assistance of staff and volunteers. The hours are; Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. - 8 p.m., Saturdays 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Sundays 1:00 - 4 p.m. & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Profits from the shop and cart directly support hospital programs and continuing education for hospital employees.
The Hanover Hospital Auxiliary touches the lives of so many people in so many ways through friendship, support and service. The Auxiliary has raised over $1.5 million since 1925 to benefit Hanover Hospital and the community. These funds are used to purchase state-of-the-art equipment, contribute to continuing education of hospital employees, sponsor youth events, and to the support the community outreach programs, which provides financial assistance to cover medical costs to those in need.
Other upcoming Auxiliary events include the Annual Easter Flower Sale, on April 7 & 8th; Mother's Day Garland of Roses, and a Spring Book Sale, May 11 & 12th.
