Improve Your Lifestyle with "Eat Well For Life" Program

Register now for “Eat Well For LifeSM, a lifestyle improvement program, which begins Wednesday, April 7, from 6:30 – 8 p.m., at the Hanover Hospital Wellness & Education Center, 400 York Street, in Hanover.

Sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield and Hanover Hospital, “Eat Well For Life” will be presented by Cindy L. Francis, RD, LDN, a registered and licensed dietitian at Hanover Hospital.

“Eat Well For Life” promotes making healthy food and lifestyle choices and adopting the practices necessary to achieve a balanced lifestyle, long term weight management and optimal health and wellness.  It is not a diet or strict weight loss program; it is a program about better living.  It’s about making choices to feel your best every day and having the health and energy to live an enjoyable, rewarding and high quality life.

The program will take place Wednesdays, April 7 through April 28, and is free for Highmark subscribers.  The non-subscriber cost is $65.
