"An Interactive Farmers' Market" by Hanover Hospital Wellness Connection

Hanover Hospital will present “An Interactive Farmers’ Market” from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26th, at the Hanover Community Health & Education Center.

At this FREE interactive program, you and your family will have the opportunity to taste colorful fruits and vegetables at your local farmer’s market, and learn which fruits and vegetables are in season and more about their nutritional value.  Malorie Lander, a Hanover Hospital Registered Dietitian, will present a cooking demonstration featuring easy tips on how to prepare and incorporate more fruits and veggies into your family’s daily diet.

Each participant will also receive a complimentary re-useable grocery bag to use at their next farmers’ market experience.
