New! Nicotine Replacement Aids are Feature of Next "Freedom From Smoking" Class

You asked and we heard you!   Free nicotine replacement therapy aids (nicotine patches and nicotine gum) will be provided at the next “Freedom From Smoking™” program at Hanover Hospital.  The next series begins Tuesday, April 6.  Classes will be held weekly from 6 – 7:30 p.m. through May 18, in Conference Room A, located on the third floor.  The group will meet twice during week #4:  April 27 and April 29.

“Freedom From Smoking™” is an empowering course that helps uncover the effective ways to quit smoking and determine which method is best suited for you. Topics in this fun and no-pressure class include stress management, behavior modification, weight and exercise management and lifestyle issues as they relate to smoking.
