Dr. Zaher Srour Receives 2009 Patients' Choice Award

Congratulations to Dr. Zaher Srour, MD, who is the recipient of the 2009 American Registry’s Patients’ Choice Award.   

The Patient’s Choice Award acknowledges the efforts of physicians who demonstrate compassion and effective interpersonal skills with their patients.  Based on personal testimonials, it represents the appreciation of patients who have experienced firsthand quality care delivered in a caring and personalized manner.

Dr. Srour, a Hanover Ears, Nose & Throat specialist, along with a select number of physicians nationwide, was selected based on information gathered from over 800,000 reviews and ratings of patients across the nation.  Physicians are rated by their patients in categories such as bedside manner, the amount of time spent with the patient, the courtesy of the physician’s staff, appropriate follow-up, and the patient’s overall opinion of the physician.  Of 720,000 physicians reviewed less than 5% were honored to receive this designation from their patients.  Dr. Srour was also the recipient of the 2008 Patients’ Choice Award.
