Cardiac Rehab 20th Anniversary Open House

An Open House to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Hanover Hospital’s Cardiovascular Rehabilitation program will take place on Thursday, February 21, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Cardiovascular Rehab Center located on the 2nd floor of the hospital. 

The event features refreshments, door prizes, a trivia contest, and an opportunity to try aromatherapy.  Meet the staff and take a tour.  A mini-lecture series will also be provided at the following times:

                            4:15       Fitness for Life:  An open discussion on a healthy lifestyle.

                            5:00       Nutrition:  Learn how to incorporate heart healthy ingredients into your food creations.

                            5:45       The Stress Response:  Learn how the body responds to stress.

                            6:30       Why Risk It?  Learn about risk factors that lead to heart and vascular disease.

This special event is free and everyone is welcome.  Registration is not required.
