Ways to Give
Thank you for considering a gift to help support the future of Hanover Hospital. We know that if you make an undesignated contribution, it will be because you believe in what we do, and because you want to help make a difference in the lives of others. If you choose to designate your gift, you ensure that our services achieve that extra measure of excellence in comfort, convenience and cures for our patients and other families. You may designate your gift to the following:
Tribute Gifts: Create a lasting commemoration of a special person and of your friendship. Recognize a physician, nurse or other staff member for the quality of care that a family member or friend received at Hanover Hospital.
Hanover Hospital Endowment Fund: Designate a gift to support Hanover Hospital's community health initiatives for those in need in our community. Ensure that health promotion and health education initiatives are available for years to come for residents or the greater Hanover area.
Endowed Scholarship Funds: Named after beloved family members and healthcare professionals from our community, these scholarships support continuing medical education for staff and specific hospital departments and students pursuing healthcare careers. Special Needs Funds - These funds support persons who have been inpatients at the hospital or persons participating in an outpatient program. Funds assist patients and families who cannot afford to pay for their medical management or have an emergent financial situation that is affected by their care. Gifts to these funds help alleviate financial burdens for patients with limited access to healthcare services.
Annual Golf Tournament: A tradition in the Hanover community for more than 20 years, the Annual Golf Tournament unites over 150 golfers and numerous community supporters to raise funds to purchase innovative technology that ensures the highest quality of care is available close to home for our community. In 2008, proceeds from the Annual Golf Tournament will support improvements in the hospital's Critical Care Unit.
Annual Fund Campaign: Your annual gift will ensure Hanover Hospital's continued commitment to provide the progressive, quality healthcare that our community has come to rely on. In 2008, the Annual Fund Campaign supports the In-patient Pharmacy.
