A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well And Keeping Energetic)
Meetings are held every other month. For those diagnosed with sleep apnea. Provides support and information about the disorder, diagnosis, and treatment. For more information, call (717) 633-2229.
Chair Aerobics Fitness Class
Tailored for those with pulmonary or cardiac restrictions. Can also be helpful to individuals in physical rehab stages, those with weight loss concerns, and women in late stage pregnancy. Uses modified aerobic exercises to promote good cardiovascular fitness from a sitting or standing position. For additional information, call (717) 633-2159.
New Beginnings Nicotine Support Group
A dynamic, on-going, monthly gathering & discussion dedicated to the exploration, encouragement & support of a tobacco-free life. No registration or membership are required. Drop in as you like! For additional information, call (717) 633-8894.
Easy Breathers Club

Infant Bereavement Services
For parents who have lost a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or newborn death. Hospital chaplain, Reverend Eric Stenman, will moderate the group. It will be held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month at 7 p.m. in the chapel. Please call (717) 646-6905 for more information.

Lupus Support GroupThis support group will be held for Lupus patients the 2nd Monday of every month, 1:30-3:30 p.m. For more information, call (717) 624-3379.
