Freedom from Smoking Clinic

The Diabetes Puzzle

Sibling Class

Littlestown Senior Center, McSherrystown Senior Center & Golden Visions Senior Center

"Issues Of Aging"

Infant Massage Classes

Prenatal Fitness & Nutrition Classes

"Mommy & Me" Exercise Class

Personalized Individual Nutrition Counseling
For individuals who wish to lose or maintain weight, or modify eating bevahior for other health-related reasons. Counseling provided by registered dietitian. For cost and information, call (717) 633-2138.
"Chair Aerobics" Fitness Class
This weekly class, taught by a registered therapist, is held from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Hanover Community Health & Education Center.
