Breastfeeding Basics Class
This class is for anyone planning to breastfeed or be the support of someone who is breastfeeding. Call (717) 633-2198 for class dates, additional information or to register.
Freedom from Smoking Clinic

The Diabetes Puzzle

Infant Massage Classes
Learn how to relieve colic, help baby sleep longer, and contribute to their healthy development. For information or to register, call (717) 633-2155.
Personalized Individual Nutrition Counseling
For individuals who wish to lose or maintain weight, or modify eating bevahior for other health-related reasons. Counseling provided by registered dietitian. For cost and information, call (717) 633-2138.
"Chair Aerobics" Fitness Class
This weekly class, taught by a registered therapist, is held from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Hanover Hospital Wellness & Education Center. Tailored for those with pulmonary or cardiac restrictions, this class can also be helpful to individuals in physical rehab stages. For more info, call (717) 633-2159.
