As a precautionary measure and in an effort to prevent the spread of germs, the hospital is requiring all patients entering the facility exhibiting coughing and flu like symptoms to cover their nose and mouth with a mask. All other patients and visitors are being asked to wash their hands as they enter the facility. Masks and hand sanitizer are available at the Main Entrance, the Emergency Department and all of the Family Care Centers. Anyone experiencing illness should contact their family physician and do not come in to the Emergency Department. We are also asking that visitors do not plan to visit in-patients if they are not feeling well. This is for their own safety and the safety of our patients.
