Spring is in the air! Imagine taking a big, deep breath of that fresh, spring air – without the harsh smell of smoke. Are you ready to begin a healthy new lifestyle as a nonsmoker?

Hanover Hospital will offer the next “Freedom From Smoking™” series, which will begin on Monday, May 1, 2017. Classes will be held weekly from 5:30 to 7 p.m. through June 12, at the Hillside Medical Center, 250 Fame Avenue, Suite 200, Hanover, PA. The group will meet twice during week #4: May 22 and 24. Participation is FREE.

“Freedom From Smoking,” the American Lung Association’s quit course, is an empowering program that helps uncover the proven ways to quit smoking and determine which method is best suited for you. Topics in this fun and no-pressure class include stress management, behavior modification, weight and exercise management and lifestyle issues as they relate to smoking. In addition, FREE nicotine patches, gum and lozenges will be provided.

Can’t make the group class? We are offering enhanced individual quit programs and FREE, no-obligation quit consultations.

Spring is our busiest time for quit programs and this is our most popular class of the year. Sign up now to reserve your spot!
