Orange Salad with Onions
(4 servings)
2 cups torn curly leaf lettuce
3 large oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium red pepper diced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
Dash ground red pepper
24 Harvest Crisps® 5 -Grain Crackers
On 4 salad plates, arrange lettuce, oranges, red pepper, and onion; set aside. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, honey and pepper. Drizzle over individual salads. Serve immediately with crackers.
