Patient Greeting

In order to ensure that patient greetings properly reach your friend or loved one, please include the patient’s first and last name. Please do not use nicknames or surnames. The patient’s room number is also very helpful if known. Please include a salutation and closing as part of your greeting if you wish to have it included.  Only content from the "Personal Greeting" will be printed on your card. 

The content of your greeting is not confidential and will be seen by a member of the volunteer staff. Please do not include confidential or sensitive matter. If a greeting is undeliverable or received after the patient’s discharge, the message will be shredded and discarded.
