"Chair Aerobics" Fitness Class
This fitness class meets every Thursday, 3–4 p.m. at Hillside Medical Fitness Center, 250 Fame Avenue, Suite 100. Tailored for those with physical restrictions. It may be helpful to individuals with pulmonary or cardiac issues, those in physical rehab stages, those with weight loss concerns, and women in late stage pregnancy. All exercises are low impact and may be performed with or without the aid of a chair. No registration is required and the program is free for all attendees. Infant Massage Class

Prenatal Conditioning Class
This class incorporates cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility and balance for moms-to-be.
Prenatal Swimming Class
Join other moms-to-be as we exercise and move in the water to fun music—a great way to relieve stress!
A place to connect with your breath, your body, your emotions, and your baby. All levels and trimesters welcome.

Preparing for Childbirth Course & Refresher Course
This class teaches a woman who is expecting how to identify the signs of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, birth methods and important facts about nutrition. Pre-registration is necessary. For cost and information call (717) 316-2996.
While older siblings are usually excited about the birth of a new baby, they may also have feelings of nervousness or jealousy. This class is designed to relieve some of their fears and help them understand the baby's needs and how they can help. Classes are offered every other month (even months).
