The office of Marc A. Hirsh, M.D. provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a broad range of malignancies and hematologic disorders. Dr. Hirsh is a board certified physician in Oncology and Internal Medicine and has practiced in Hanover since 1989. His staff is known for their compassionate and knowledgeable care of patients, and two staff members are long-time cancer survivors.

Services
Chemotherapy
Our infusion room provides a "homey" setting and offers a full range of treatments including chemo, biological, targeted and hormonal therapy.
Genetic Counseling
Genetic counseling and testing are available for those who are at risk for inherited cancer syndromes.
Clinical Staff
Our office employs certified oncology nurses and a certified pharmacy tech.
Affiliations
We have affiliations with Johns Hopkins Hospital and Hershey Medical Center.
Financial Services
We offer insurance billing and reimbursement consulting. Information and referrals for financial help and social services are also available.
Patient Support
A patient advocate provides emotional and spiritual support and counseling to cancer patients and their caregivers at no charge. We also offer an educational and inspirational library for patients and various support groups for cancer patients and their caregivers. Whatever your needs, we will help you find personalized education and support services that work for you.
