: Our portal
is a secure website where you can access your Personal Health Record (PHR) and view current appointments, visit summaries, lab results and your referrals. The patient portal is a new service that is offered to you at no cost. When you visit our office, ask the registrar to activate your account. You will be required to provide an electronic mail (email) address for the portal to be activated. Additional information will be provided to you when you sign up.

What to Expect During the Visit
: Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our staff and your registration will be completed. At that time, if your plan requires a co-payment, it will be requested. Hanover Medical Group accepts cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover as forms of payment for your convenience.
At your initial visit, your physician will ask about your health history and examine you. If you require a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT), asthma evaluation, or exercise testing, our office is equipped to perform these diagnostics as ordered by your provider. After your consult, you will check out and, if needed, schedule your next appointment and additional studies and/or procedures. If needed, we will be happy to aid you in scheduling an appointment for Pulmonary Rehabilitation. If a Bronchoscopy procedure is warranted, you will speak to a member of our staff to proceed with the scheduling process and consent forms.
: A claim to your insurance carrier(s) will be submitted on your behalf. If there are remaining balances after the insurance carrier(s) have paid, a statement will be sent to you. Should you have additional insurance carrier and/or billing questions, please contact Physician Billing Services at 877-205-3879.
: You will be considered “self pay” if you do not have health insurance coverage. A $50.00 retainer is collected at the time of registration. After services are received, payment for services rendered is collected. If you are unable to pay the balance in full, you will be required to visit and/or contact our Physician Billing Services at 877-205-3879 to determine payment options.
