Inpatient pulmonary consultations and critical care management are provided at Hanover Hospital.  The Lung and Sleep Center of Hanover Hospital offers patients with lung disease and sleep disorders the expertise of a highly trained team, who work together to properly educate, support and maximize the functional ability of patients.  Our professionals also provide consultation for patients at Hanover Hall nursing home.

 Pulmonary Rehab is also located in this building on the first floor, accessible by elevator.

In order to pre-load your information into our system, completed forms are to be received within two business days prior to your appointment date.  Please note that both Pulmonary and Sleep Questionnaires are included in the packet – you only need to complete those that apply to you.
